About Us

A cooperative is a board-run community—formed and governed by its own members, who join together to make it the home they desire. Together, you own 100% of the cooperative interest and the co-op owns the building, land and common areas. Member-owned, member-run, professionally managed by Ebenezer Management Services.

Cooperative Living is fun! At Calvary Center Cooperative your home is your own and so is your time. We offer everything from movies, card games and bingo to outside dinner parties complete with campfire s'mores. Many social events abound. Join in the fun of community living and then retreat to the privacy of your own home when you wish to relax.

Floor Plans

Choose from 8 different 1, 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans with up to 1,110 square feet. All floorplans feature fully equipped kitchens, individually controlled heat/air conditioning, 24-hour emergency call systems. Handicap-designed floor plan also available complete with walk-in showers.
